WesBanco Arena provides a wide array of services for guests. Should you have questions or problems should arise suring your visit, please ask for one of friendly and helpful ushers. Some of the services provided are as follows;

For your convenience, door guards are posted at every entrance of the WesBanco Arena.

Ushers a re posted at strategic areas throughout the inside of the arena. Ushers will normally wear a green "WesBanco Arena" shirt or brightly colored jacket signifying "Event Staff"

For seat location, simply present your ticket to the nearest usher and they will escort you to your reserved seat.

The WesBanco Arena continues its effort to meet the needs of our disabled patrons as we comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our services under this act include disabled parking, elevator access tothe building, disabled seating areas, access to restrooms as well as earpiece listening devices for our hearing impaired patrons.

* On Sunday event days the box office is open. Hours depend on time of show. Normally opens two hours prior to show time.
** For Wheeling Nailers or Ohio Valley Greyhounds Sunday games, the box office opens two hours prior to doors and closes after the second period
and after the end of the first half respectively.

Box Office Customer Service

Customers may inquire about upcoming events, ticket prices, event times and promotion for the arena, Wheeling Nailers and Ohio Valley Greyhounds

Customers who wish to order their tickets by phone may use Mastercard or Visa. A convenience fee of $1.50 will be added to each ticket purchased.

The Box Office accepts cash, money orders, credit cards and checks* for purchases.

Will call is maintained at the Box Office. Tickets can be pre-ordered for pick up at any window prior to the event. Because of our small staff, we do not maintain a separate will call window for events. Will Call is provided at any of our open windows.

The WesBanco Arena does maintain a facility fee on all tickets purchased. The facility fee is assessed to every ticket purchased. The facility fee is as follows;
All tickets costing $15.00 or more = $1.00 per ticket
All tickets costing less than $15.00 = .50 per ticket
* Checks are accepted until 7 days from the event. Checks will not be accepted if the event is less than 7 days away.
Lost and Found

Located in the Administrative Office of the arena.

Due to the large number of items, we will only store items for 30 days. At this time they are either donated to charity or simply discarded.

Lost Parents / Lost Children

If your child or children become separated from you don't panic!

Contact the nearest arena official. Most arena officials are equipped with 2-way communication radios. Therefore getting a description of your lost party to our staff happens the instant you approach us.

Lost children are normally escorted to the Administrative Office and comforted by our admissions/management staff.

During sporting events, announcements will be made over the public address system in an attempt to locate your lost party as quickly as possible.

Many stage events do not permit public address announcements during the show.
Uniformed Security / Police Security

Uniformed security is provided throughout the building at all events. Security is provided by McKeen Security of St. Clairsville, OH

On occasion, it is necessary to have on-duty police officers in the building. When necessary, the WesBanco Arena works directly with the Wheeling Police Department.

Should you need assistance with a security related issue all security guards and police are uniformed and ready to assist you.
Paramedic & Ambulance Service

Paramedic service is provided at all events.

Should the need for paramedic services arise, simply contact any arena official and they make the necessary communications with the paramedics.

In-House Advertising Agency

A well kept secret is WesBanco Arena's in-house advertising agency. The arena is capable of placing media buys, creating newspaper ads, writing press releases or hosting pre-event parties such as meet and greets.
