Food Services & Catering

General Information

WesBanco Arena is the exclusive caterer for dining events held within the building or its newly constructed patio. Outside catering of food is not permitted with the exception of wedding cakes and cookies. Our catering service is very capable of providing various other amenities such as cake cutting for very reasonable prices.

Buffet and Sit-Down Dinners are available for 10 or more guests. Your gratuity is built in to your quoted price. We have no hidden charges!

A deposit and signed contract are required for reserving any room or the outdoor patio. Meeting spaces are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The arena has two meeting rooms, the arena floor and now the outside patio to host outdoor parties! Certainly occupancies will vary from room to room but we’ve never turned anyone away for being too big or too small!

Alcohol and Bar Service

• WesBanco Arena will provide your bar setup that will include all liquor, wine, ice glasses and beer that will be served by our bartenders.
• Liquor will be charged at cost plus a 15% handling charge.
• Beer is charged at $120.00 per keg.
• All other items are charged as used
• Bartenders are charged at $9.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.
• WesBanco Arena bartenders are mandatory for all arena functions.

Planning a special event is no easy task! Different people have different tastes and trying to please everyone can be extremely stressful. That’s why we want you to be as stress free as possible. You’ve taken to the time to plan and coordinate and now you should be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor! So let us help with some of your planning.

Our catering manager, Ms. Melody Reynolds will be more than happy to sit down with you and customize your menu. Whether your special event calls for hot dogs and pizza and filet mignon and lobster tail, wea re always ready to serve your needs.
