Meeting Rooms

The WesBanco Arena has several areas to accommodate your event. Whether your planning a birthday party, a business seminar or a banquet for 1,000 of your closest friends, we have a meeting space to accommodate you!

Constructed through the help of Project Best, this room serves as a pre and post game meeting place for Wheeling Nailers and Ohio Valley Greyhounds fans of all ages. Admission during hockey and football nights is your admission ticket to the game! The club features a full bar as well as a complete kitchen for your dining needs. Capable of seating 300 people, this room is also the weekly meeting space for Wheeling’s Civic Clubs such as Rotary, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Civitan and Serra Clubs. During stage shows such as concerts, the space doubles as a dining area for the shows road crews as well as pre-concert meals catered by our Arena Catering Staff.
