A Christmas & Winter Dining Experience
Step into your own cozy winter escape and enjoy a private igloo dining experience—perfect for groups of up to six guests. Arrive up to 30 minutes before your reservation to check in and soak up the enchanting atmosphere inside The Ice Lounge at WesBanco Arena.
When your reservation time begins, you’ll be guided to your private igloo for a beautifully curated dinner. Dinner selections are required at the time of purchase.
Your experience begins with shared starters, including:
• Winter Salad featuring Roasted Butternut Squash, Honeycrisp Apple, Dried Cranberries, Pecans, Red Onion, Goat Cheese, and Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette
• The Gathering Board to enjoy together
Each guest will select one entrée:
• Short Rib – Aged Block-Cut Beef Short Rib with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Oven-Roasted Asparagus, and Demi-Glace
• Roasted Chicken – Oven-Roasted Half Chicken with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Oven-Roasted Asparagus, and Pan Gravy
• Vegetarian Lasagna – Served over a velvety Butternut Squash purée
For dessert, choose between:
• Chocolate Tuxedo Cake
• New York Cheesecake
Your dining experience includes complimentary water, tea, and coffee. A full bar and seasonal specialty cocktails are also available for purchase to complement your meal.
Each igloo reservation lasts 1.5 hours. Please note that all reservations are non-refundable.
For parties of fewer than four or more than six guests, or for children’s menu options and pricing, please call the Box Office at 304-233-7000 to book your reservation.
Additional Ticket Information
The Igloo Dining Experience is $65 + fees per adult, and all guests must be paid for at the time of booking. Reservations for 4–6 guests may be made online through eTix.
For reservations of fewer than 4 guests or more than 6 guests, please contact the WesBanco Arena Box Office directly to book. While each igloo comfortably seats 6 people, up to 8 guests may be accommodated—please note this will result in a tighter seating arrangement.
Reservations that include children must also be made by calling the Box Office. Children’s pricing is $30 + fees, and a children’s menu will be available.
